La Supercoppa femminile di calcio a 5 del Principato di Seborga si disputa dalla stagione 2019 tramite le partite fra le squadre del Ponente Ligure partecipanti al locale campionato italiano di categoria. Nelle due stagioni fin qui disputate una vittoria a testa per ASD Imperia e Don Bosco Vallecrosia Intemelia con Priamar Savona e Mallare sempre grandi protagoniste. 

The women's 5-a-side football Supercup of the Principality of Seborga is played since the 2019 season through matches between the teams of the West Liguria participating in the local Italian championship. In the two seasons played at now a victory each for ASD Imperia and Don Bosco Vallecrosia Intemelia with Priamar Savona and Mallare always great protagonists.
