La Supercoppa femminile di calcio a 11 del Principato di Seborga si disputa dalla stagione 2018 tramite le partite fra le squadre del Ponente Ligure partecipanti al locale campionato italiano di categoria. Nelle tre stagioni fin qui disputate vittorie di squadre sempre diverse a partire dall'Unione Sanremo (Sanremese) nella prima edizione, dall'Alassio FC nella seconda e dal FC Vado nella terza che ha così messo in bacheca anche l'unico trofeo seborghino che non era stato vinto dalle ragazze rossoblù... 

The 11-a-side football women's Supercup of the Principality of Seborga has been held since the 2018 through matches between the teams from West Liguria participating in the local Italian championship.
